While the guidance is AI-generated, it is deeply informed by astrological tradition and tailored to your personal context. We present it as entertainment and spiritual reflection, not scientific fact.
How accurate are the readings?
Astrological guidance is subjective and deeply personal. Many seekers find profound clarity and inspiration in their readings. However, we make no guarantees about accuracy. Use your readings as a tool for reflection, not as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters.
Can I share my reading with others?
Yes! Your readings are private by default, but you are welcome to share them with friends and family. Each reading is unique to you and your cosmic moment.
Membership & Pricing
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new member receives 1 complimentary reading upon registration. This allows you to experience the cosmic guidance before committing to a paid plan.
What membership plans do you offer?
We offer four tiers: Free Seeker (1 reading), Cosmic Explorer ($9.99/mo, 5 readings), Star Navigator ($19.99/mo, 20 readings), and Unlimited Oracle ($39.99/mo, unlimited readings). Annual plans offer significant savings.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
What happens if I run out of questions?
If you exhaust your monthly question limit, you can either upgrade to a higher tier or purchase additional credits. Your question count resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Do unused questions roll over?
No, unused questions do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle provides a fresh allocation based on your membership tier. This encourages regular cosmic reflection!
Account & Security
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification helps us ensure account security, prevent spam, and confirm that you can receive important notifications like password resets and payment receipts.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), hash passwords with Argon2id, and never store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Can I change my birth date or zodiac sign later?
Currently, birth date and zodiac sign are set during registration and cannot be changed from the dashboard. Contact support if you need to update this information.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires in 1 hour for security.
Readings & Questions
What kinds of questions can I ask?
You can ask about love, career, money, health, family, destiny, or general life guidance. The more specific and open-ended your question, the more detailed and meaningful your reading will be. Avoid yes/no questions — the cosmos speaks in nuances!
How long does it take to get a reading?
Readings are generated instantly, usually within 5–15 seconds. If the AI service is temporarily busy, you may see a brief loading screen while the cosmos aligns.
Can I ask the same question multiple times?
Yes, but each submission counts against your question limit. The cosmos may offer different perspectives each time, as readings are influenced by current planetary alignments and your evolving energy.
What do the lucky elements in my reading mean?
Each reading includes personalized lucky elements — a number, color, crystal, and favorable day. These are cosmic suggestions for aligning your energy. Carry your power crystal, wear your lucky color, or schedule important activities on your favorable day for enhanced manifestation.
Can I save or print my readings?
All your readings are saved in your Reading History dashboard. You can revisit them anytime. A print button is available on each reading page for easy saving or sharing.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. PayPal may be available in select regions.
Is my payment information secure?
We never store your credit card details. All payment information is processed directly by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued where required by law or in cases of billing errors. If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we'll do our best to resolve it.
