  • Account Information: Name, username, email address, password (hashed), age, birth date, zodiac sign, country, and city.
  • Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We store transaction records, amounts, and payment statuses.
  • Reading Photos: For photo-based readings (palm, tea leaf, aura), the image you upload. Photos are stored in a non-public folder, are visible only in your own account, and may be deleted on request.
  • Usage Data: Questions you submit, reading responses, membership tier, credits balance, and login timestamps.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for session management and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Generate personalized astrological readings
  • Analyze uploaded photos solely to provide the requested photo-based reading
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send account-related emails (verification, password resets, receipts)

  • Stripe: For payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • OpenAI: For generating readings. Question text and uploaded reading photos may be sent to the AI provider's API. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
  • OpenRouter: An API gateway we may use to access AI models. Questions and reading photos processed through it are subject to OpenRouter's Privacy Policy.
  • A2 Hosting: For web hosting infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records for tax/accounting).
